पर छापेमारी के दौरान एक जेसीबी को सीज कर दिया हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक जनपद उधम सिंह नगर में लगातार शिकायत मिल रही है इसी क्रम में गदरपुर क्षेत्र मे शिकायत मिलने पर खनन विभाग की टीम द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण किया गया निरीक्षण के दौरान अवैध में लिप्त एक जेसीबी जिसका नम्बर UK06 BE 6644 को सीज किया गया है।
ऊधम सिंह नगर जिले में लगातार कार्यवाही के बाद भी अवैध खनन की खबरें सामने आती रहती है। जिसमें खनन माफिया सरकार को करोड़ों का चुना लगाते हैं। जिला खान अधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन की रोकथाम के लिए निदेशक द्वारा सख़्त निर्देश दिये गये हैं। जिला खान अधिकारी ने कहा कि इसके अतिरिक्त नदी में जो अवैध खनन किया गया है उसकी पैमाईश कि जायेगी और जो इसमें लिप्त पाये गये हैं उन पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी, उनका कहना है कि अवैध खनन पर कार्रवाई लगातार जारी रहेगी। उधर समाज सेवी संस्था के अध्यक्ष बलदेव ने कहा की जब से ऊधम सिंह नगर में मनीष परिहार जी आये है, अवैध खनन पर रोक लगी है, अच्छे कार्य के लिए जल्द ही संस्था के द्वारा सम्मानित किया जायेगा।
